Your card will be authorized upon placing the order and the authorization will settle upon shipping your order. When an order contains a the purchase of a Digital Gift Card, the value of the Digital Gift Card will be settled upon placing the order.
At Fox, we offer three goggle models. The sport-level Main, the race-level Airspace, and the pro-level Vue.

Helmet Pads: You will need to put these parts into a washing bag and wash them using the “gentle” or “hand-wash"" setting. A mild detergent is fine to use and an antimicrobial detergent will help to remove the smell. Be sure to wash at a low temperature.

You can return your order within 28 days of receiving it for a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached and protective inner liners intact. Please return items in a separate shipping box as attaching the return label directly to the original packaging isn't allowed. If the product or its original packaging is damaged, it cannot be returned.

For orders made within Europe, contact customerservice.eu@foxracing.com, note that return costs (6.99€) will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return for orders placed on foxracing.com from Costa Rica, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, and Taiwan, please email intlcustomerservice@foxracing.com with your order number and a list of the items you'd like to return. Please note, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Once your package is received by our warehouse, it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
We currently do not offer free return shipping labels. For US consumers, log in to your account and view your order to access your label. International consumers, please email intlcustomerservice@foxracing.com.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 28 days of receiving it for a refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached and protective inner liners intact. Please return items in a separate shipping box as attaching the return label directly to the original packaging isn't allowed. Once your returned package is received by our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to receive your credit, depending on the volume of returns being received. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to make any changes to an order after if it has been placed; however, if you contact us before the order has been processed, we may be able to cancel the order, allowing you to make a new order with the needed updates.

US Orders: You can cancel most US orders before they enter fulfillment by emailing customerservice@foxracing.com with your order number and cancellation request.

International Orders: For international customers within Europe, you can cancel orders that haven't entered the fulfillment process yet. Please contact customerservice.eu@foxracing.com to cancel your order. For international customers who placed orders on foxracing.com from Costa Rica, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, and Taiwan, unfortunately, cancellations for international orders are not currently available after submission. For more information, please contact intlcustomerservice@foxracing.com.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund following our return policy, then place a new order for the desired item.
You will receive an email 21-30 days after your purchase with a chance to review the items you have purchased, and you can also leave a review right on the product page, online.

We offer price adjustments on items that go on sale or receive a price change within 14 days of your purchase date on foxracing.com.

Price adjustments are not available for purchases made after a sale ends. In-store purchases cannot be adjusted based on online exclusive sales, and vice versa.

Your Fox product is warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase, unless specified by local requirements. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care. Fox does not offer warranties on products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or consequential damage. Visit our Warranty page for more details.

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, you can submit a claim.

We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing.

For faster delivery, choose expedited or express shipping and order before 1 PM PT for same-day processing. Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather or carrier issues.

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery may take longer than standard shipping, and expedited options are unavailable.

Gift Cards purchased in a Fox Racing retail store are ready for gifting and may take up to 4 hours for activation. Retail Gift Cards are valid in store only.

eGift Cards can be applied at checkout on foxracing.com during payment step - using eGift Card number and eGift Card PIN. Note: Only 1 eGift Card can apply per order. eGift Cards are not redeemable at Fox Retail stores.

In Store

Gift Cards purchased through Fox Racing retail stores can be redeemed in stores. Currently, they are not redeemable online.

The purchase value of eGift Cards does not apply towards minimum promotional thresholds. eGift Cards to not incur shipping fees and are not included in the order totals to meet promotional thresholds.

Gift Cards and eGift Cards are nonrefundable. Once purchased, you may not return or cancel. Gift Card and eGift Card sales are final.

Apply your eGift Card at checkout on foxracing.com by entering the eGift Card number and PIN during payment.

Only one eGift Card can be used per order. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed at Fox Retail stores or on international orders fulfilled by ESW.

Gift Cards purchased through Fox Racing retail stores can be redeemed in stores. They cannot be redeemed online at this time.

eGift Cards will be emailed to the recipient at time of purchase.

eGift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Fox is not responsible if a eGift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

In Store

Gift Cards can be purchased at Fox Racing retail stores.

For online eGift Cards, visit Gift Card Balance and enter your eGift Card number and PIN. The displayed balance is an estimate and may take a short while to update after online purchases.

For Retail store cards, visit any Fox Racing store and have an associate check your balance. You can also call the number printed on the back of your gift card.
